If you still have your claimed device and it’s usable, make sure you have a recent data back up to the cloud including contacts, messages, photos, etc. Insert your current or new physical SIM card into your replacement device and power it on. If you need a new physical SIM card, please contact your us to obtain a new one. Please note that not all devices use a physical SIM card and yours may be digital. Contact us to transfer your existing eSIM to the new device or obtain a new eSIM if needed. Finally, contact us to activate your device.
