If I return the device I purchased after trading in my old device, can I retrieve my old device?

You can return a device within 7 days of its delivery. If you have already sent your device within these 7 days, the trade-in will be considered final unless you receive a lower offer than the estimated trade-in value. If this happens and you want your device back, simply decline the trade-in offer, and Asurion will return your old device to you.
