Can I get my device back if I change my mind after I have sent it for trade-in?

Once your device is shipped, all trades are final unless the estimated trade-in value changes. On receipt, Asurion will evaluate your device, and in case of a lower evaluation, they will send you an email with the offer and the option to accept or decline the offer. At this stage, you can decline the offer, and they will promptly return your device to you.
