How should I pack my device for trade-in?

Please follow these instructions carefully to send your device to us:

1. Print the shipment label: You’ll receive an email containing a shipment label (QR code) from our trade-in partner, Asurion.

2. Before sending out the device for trade-in, back up your data. Neither we nor our trade-in partner are responsible for any lost data.

3. Turn off the location finder on your device, as devices with the location finder switched on may result in lower values.

4. To protect your privacy, reset your device to factory settings and remove the physical SIM or delete the eSIM.

5. Securely pack your device in the box of your new device, ensuring it’s protected during transit.

6. Affix the shipment label (QR code) on the box and take it to the nearest shipping partner store within 21 days of placing your order. They will scan the QR code and ship your device to Asurion for free.
